Stručný obsah:
Natočeno podle skutečných osudů světového šampiona v těžké váze. Tyson (Michael Jai White) se narodil v chudém Brooklynu. Ve třinácti letech jeho trestní rejstřík obsahoval 38 zatčení. Střídal různá nápravná zařízení a jeho život nikam nesměřoval. Dokud nepotkal legendárního trenéra Cuse D´Amata (George C. Scott). Pod D´Amatovým vedením se z Tysona stává nejpopulárnější hvězda ve světě boxu a držitel titulu mistr světa v těžké váze. Jeho vzestup ke slávě je legendární – stejně jako jeho pád. Z multimiliónového sídla až do maličké vězeňské cely. Příběh Mika Tysona zachycuje bouřlivý osobní vztah s manželkou Robin Givens i známým boxerským promotérem Donem Kingem. TYSON je mocný a nezapomenutelný, stejně jako knockoutový úder, který z něj udělal hvězdu.
