Tento film doslova otřásl celou filmovou planetou! Geniální režisér Stanley Kubrick zemřel v době dokončování prvníh sřihových úprav - všichni zúčastnění tedy akceptují pouze tuto verzi jako konečnou. Do kin se tento snímek pro svoji náplň málem nedostal ... máte jedinečnou šanci tento titul mít ve své sbírce!
Nicole Kidmanová a Tom Cruis hrají hlavní role manželského páru v posledním filmu legendárního amerického režiséra Stanleyho Kubicka. Kubrick jej dokončil doslova v posledních dnech před svou smrtí (což je opředeno dohady o cizích zásazích do jeho konečné podoby, což však představitelé hlavních rolí kategoricky popírají) a nyní by diskutovaný snímek měl konečně po dlouhých průtazích (o jeho vstupu do tuzemské distribuce se hovořilo již na podzim loňského roku) dorazit i k nám. Hlavními hrdiny tohoto příběhu je manželská dvojice psychiatrů - v podání skutečných partnerů Toma Cruise a Nicol Kidmanové - která si nejen zahýbá, ale ještě k tomu - navzdory profesionální etice - přímo se svými klienty.
